Director: RND Group International, Easley, South Carolina (2003-Present).
Vigorously developing advanced renewable (alternative) energy technologies; focusing primarily on super-efficient supplemental fuel and energy systems which decrease negative environmental loads.
Design, analyze, and develop multiple alternative energy projects/systems, including the selection of system components and specifications, and the generation of electrical diagrams, permitting documentation, compelling proposal documents and grant applications.
Developed project schedules, budgets, energy models, scope of work, and standards.
Develop, refine and maintain standardized tools used by the engineering group on a daily basis in the design and engineering of alternative energy systems.
Monitor the pipeline of commercial projects; anticipate engineering resources required, allocate resources to specific projects, establish milestones, monitor progress, mentor and support staff so that engineering does not bottleneck the flow of project implementation.
Major Accomplishments:
• Designing Hydrogen production and distribution networks to support the USA’s Hydrogen Economy Plan.
• Authoring Hydrogen station SOPs for distribution networks.
• Managing Revamping, debottlenecking and analysis of several hydrogen plants for smooth operation, reliability and safety from production through delivery of this explosive gas.
• Developed and tested multiple waste-to-fuel systems from various feed-stocks for utilization in the previously listed systems or operations. (These wastes were converted to ethanol and/or biodiesel which after modification replaced up to 80% of the fuel test units previously consumed.)
• Extensively evaluated various systems for producing hydrogen by plasma electrolysis which was fed to fuel cells and internal combustion engines. (These Hydrogen systems are in pre-patent stage, so information is restricted.)
• Invented, built and tested on-demand electrolytic systems to convert water into a fuel source which was fed to fuel cells and internal combustion engines. (Hydrogen systems are in pre-patent stage, so information is restricted.)
• Modeled and evaluated multiple fuel feedstock sources showing significant reductions in environmental carbon loading. (Ethanol / hydrogen injection primarily.)
• Converted non-corn organic substances to ethanol to demonstrate the practicality of using non-food and food waste matter for fuel.
• Verified that ethanol processing waste can be economically converted to fertilizers and herbicides.
*** Presently developing a proof-of-concept residential community with on-site power production benefiting from net-metering. Only generator warm-up and shut down will consume conventional diesel. Other renewable and self contained powering systems will follow after steady run and surge load data is determined.
Our objective is to synergize multiple technologies and fuels to achieve superior energy conservation and self reliance.
